&lt;p&gt;This BCAA supplement is supposed to speed up muscle recovery, increase muscle endurance, fuel muscle growth, replenish elecrolytes and amino acids, and so on. It can be taken mid workout or post workout. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Mixability&lt;/em&gt; - I shake this up in my shaker and it mixes ok - but not as great as the other Beast product I bought. This one does not dissolve completely, resulting in an unpleasant gritty texture while drinking the last bit. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Taste&lt;/em&gt; - I wish I loved the taste of this stuff, but it is possibly worse than the taste of Jack3d.  It smells better than it tastes. The flavor is very strong and artificial, while I can deal with, but worst of all, it has this burning sensation. Yuck. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Results&lt;/em&gt; - Dosage is 1 scoop with 14-16 oz of water. I’m usually sorer the next day, but since taking this supp. My muscles seem to be recovering faster. I’ve been following this with whey protein, after reading up on the benefits of combining BCAA’s with whey. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Even though I can’t stand the taste, I’m liking the ultimate results. &lt;p&gt;After taking Jack3d for a few months, I could hardly choke a serving down without literally gagging. The taste was so horrendous, but it did give me awesome pump and I saw results. But when I started getting headaches every day, I knew it was past time to cycle off. I decided to try something without creatine in it for a while, and after seeing a review on Beast products, I wanted to give Amphetalean a try. It claims to be a thermogenic that burns body fat, increases energy, enhances mood, and mental focus.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Mixability&lt;/em&gt; - This product mixes great with water. I use a shaker and it’s a breeze. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Taste&lt;/em&gt; - I love the taste of this stuff! By the end of it, I am ready to be done, but it doesn’t make me gag and I actually look forward to it at first. It reminds me of the taste of Sunny Delight. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Results&lt;/em&gt; - Dosage is 1 scoop with 8 oz of water, or 2 scoops with 16 oz of water. When I took 1 scoop, I didn’t feel much. With 2 scoops, I definitely could tell a difference, as my chest got very warm (though not in an uncomfortable way really). Energy wise though, it’s not a huge pump like with Jack3d, and I wish it was. I feel like it is definitely working as a thermogenic though.
