I'm Meg, 21 year old female, 5'5, about 147 lbs. A self professed foodie on a mission to achieve a strong, muscular body, I'm learning to eat clean and delicious meals, and pushing myself at the gym harder than I could have ever imagined. And loving it!
Feeling the most alone I’ve felt in months. I want my mom back so badly. She’s the shoulder I want to cry on. But she’s half of who I’m crying for.
No one really knows how much my heart is aching.
What’s for lunch?
Parmesan tilapia, asparagus, brown rice, and baked Parmesan oregano tomatoes. Sooo good. I’m pretty good in the kitchen, I’m not going to lie.
Don’t be scared.
It tasted phenomenal.
I kid you not.

So difficult to decide some nights, when nothing sounds good because there’s only one thing I really want and I can’t figure out what it is. Boo.
I currently only have vanilla whey protein powder (because I’ve been wishy washy for the past week over the next flavor I want to order)… and I hatehatehatehatehateeee vanilla protein shakes. My man loves them, thinks they’re like desserts, but I can’t stand the taste.
I have been searching for a peanut butter whey powder with good ratings, but have only found chocolate peanut butter (which I’m not opposed to, but the mister doesn’t like chocolate). But just now, searching again, I found someone on bodybuilding.com saying that they mix PB2 into vanilla. Sheer, freaking, brilliance. I know what I’m having after my weight training tonight! Nomnomnommmm.

Aminolytes from Beast Sports Nutrition
This BCAA supplement is supposed to speed up muscle recovery, increase muscle endurance, fuel muscle growth, replenish elecrolytes and amino acids, and so on. It can be taken mid workout or post workout.
Mixability - I shake this up in my shaker and it mixes ok - but not as great as the other Beast product I bought. This one does not dissolve completely, resulting in an unpleasant gritty texture while drinking the last bit.
Taste - I wish I loved the taste of this stuff, but it is possibly worse than the taste of Jack3d. It smells better than it tastes. The flavor is very strong and artificial, while I can deal with, but worst of all, it has this burning sensation. Yuck.
Results - Dosage is 1 scoop with 14-16 oz of water. I’m usually sorer the next day, but since taking this supp. My muscles seem to be recovering faster. I’ve been following this with whey protein, after reading up on the benefits of combining BCAA’s with whey.
Even though I can’t stand the taste, I’m liking the ultimate results. I haven’t decided yet whether I’ll buy it again.
